New Political Contribution Limits for 2009-2010
In accordance with statutory requirements to index political contribution limits every two years, the Federal Election Commission recently released revised contribution limits for individuals, political action committees (PACs), and state and national party committees for the 2009-2010 election cycle. A table with updated limits is below. The revised limits impact contributions made by individuals and non-multicandidate PACs.
