Rachel Elsby Receives Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Special Achievement Award

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump intellectual property counsel Rachel Elsby is the recipient of the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s (FCBA) Special Achievement Award for her support of the Circuit Case Digest, to which she has been a frequent contributor. In announcing the award, the FCBA said Dr. Elsby’s contributions and support “demonstrate excellence and sincere commitment to quality content for the betterment of the circuit community.”

Dr. Elsby, who holds a Ph.D. in immunology, focuses her practice on patent litigation and appellate proceedings. She has experience in a variety of technologies, including antibodies, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, mechanical devices and telecommunications.
