“Encryption and a New Paradigm for Security’s Data-Centric Future,” an article co-authored by Akin Gump international trade senior counsel Robert Monjay has been published by Nextgov.

The article discusses a new encryption rule in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) that “promises to dramatically improve data security while lowering costs and enhancing the productivity of our defense industrial base.”
