(New York) – Akin Gump corporate partner Rosa Testani has been asked to join the advisory board of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law.

Ms. Testani, a graduate of Yale Law School, advises private equity funds, portfolio companies and other corporations on complex corporate finance transactions—including restructurings, tender offers, debt offerings, and private and public offerings of equity securities—as well as on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.

Established in 1999, the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law aims to enhance the quality of students’ educational experience and of faculty research in the business law area by increasing exposure to, and engagement with, contemporary business law issues.
