(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump public law and policy co-heads Brian Pomper and Hunter Bates, along with fellow partners Scott Parven and Arshi Siddiqui and senior advisor Geoff Verhoff, have once again been named to The Hill’s annual survey of Top Lobbyists in the “Hired Guns” category. Akin Gump was also tied for the firm with the greatest number of individuals to make the list.

The Hill describes those selected as “the most distinguished and accomplished professionals from the influence world who are on the front lines of the nation’s most consequential political and policy battles.” According to the publication, they are all considered “at the top of their game” and known for their ability “to successfully navigate the byzantine and competitive world of federal policymaking.”

Founded in 1945, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP is a leading international law firm with more than 900 lawyers in offices throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
