Trey Muldrow Recognized Among Top Minority Lawyers
(New York, New York) – Trey Muldrow, a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in New York, has been profiled by The Network Journal as one of five African-American “Attorneys at the Top.”
Mr. Muldrow, a member of the firm’s corporate practice group, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He has served as lead counsel in a wide variety of U.S. and international corporate transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and carve-out transactions; control and minority investments made by corporations, private equity funds, hedge funds and sovereign development companies; joint ventures and strategic alliances; and restructuring transactions. He also has extensive experience in exchange offers, recapitalizations, and private placements of equity and debt securities (including PIPE transactions), representing both sell-side and buy-side participants.
Mr. Muldrow is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia School of Law. He has practiced with Akin Gump since 1997.
