The awards recognize a “Law Firm of the Year” across a number of practice areas and are based on Chambers & Partners’ research for the 2013 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. The recognition reflects a law firm’s pre-eminence in key practice areas as well as “notable achievements over the past 12 months, including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.”
