David B. Antheil advises clients on a variety of corporate and financial transactions, focusing primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He has also had extensive experience in advising clients on corporate financing transactions, including public and private placement of equity and debt securities, bank financing, venture capital financing, and strategic partnering and investments. Mr. Antheil also counsels clients in connection with federal and state securities reporting and compliance issues, as well as on general corporate matters and various commercial contracts.
Mr Antheil's clients range from large public and private companies to developmental stage and start-up companies with a focus on media and technology based industries.
Mr. Antheil received his A.B. from Lafayette College in 1992 and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1995. He is a member of the California and New York State Bars.
