Our Chicago team has a sophisticated real estate funds practice advising on complex investment vehicles. The group provides comprehensive advice to many of the largest real estate private equity firms and sector-specific operators and allocators in the formation of open-end and closed-end private equity funds. These funds cover a wide range of real estate and real estate-related investment strategies across the United States, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
The M&A team works with infrastructure, private equity and other investors on complex investments, joint ventures and other transactions. They have market-leading experience in transportation, including short line, railcar and other railroad transactions and ports, steel manufacturing, renewable energy and digital infrastructure, including data centers.
