Tim focuses his practice on investment funds and corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Tim was a law clerk to the Honorable Justice David O’Callaghan of the Federal Court of Australia. He also practiced as a tax associate in the Sydney office of another international law firm.

Tim holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where he graduated with the Flora S. and Jacob L. Newman Award for Distinction in the International Tax Program. He received his J.D. from Melbourne Law School.
