Mr. Stamer represents official and unofficial committees of unsecured creditors, debtors, secured creditors, DIP lenders and acquirers of business and assets in large, complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. He has served as lead counsel in the representation of—

Mr. Stamer has been recognized in 2010 by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading lawyer in the area of bankruptcy/restructuring.
Mr. Stamer received his B.A. from the University of Vermont in 1986 and his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1989. After law school, he was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Daniel J. Moore, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Stamer is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
