Stephen M. Baldini focuses on litigation and arbitration arising from securities offerings and corporate transactions.
Mr. Baldini represents a variety of clients, including brokerage firms, franchisors, distributors, insurance companies and individual professionals. Mr. Baldini has experience in various types of complex litigation, including multidistrict litigation, class actions, declaratory judgments and injunctions. He has also handled numerous matters involving complex issues, including trade secret and unfair competition actions and investigations by securities regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Akin Gump in 1994, Mr. Baldini was a member of Anderson Kill Olick & Oshinsky, P.C. He received his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1987 and his J.D. from Georgetown University in 1990. Mr. Baldini is admitted to practice before the courts of New York and New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
