In January 2023, House Science, Space and Technology Committee Chair Frank Lucas (R-OK) and House Oversight and Accountability Chair James Comer (R-KY) sent a letter to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) raising concerns about conflicting guidance on AI from the Biden-Harris Administration.
