Summary

On July 7, 2023, Jeffrey Battle and Battle Enterprises, LLC filed a complaint against Microsoft in Maryland federal court. The complaint alleges that Microsoft’s use of AI with its search engine, Bing, conflates plaintiff Jeffrey Battle with a different Jeffrey Leon Battle who was convicted of seditious conspiracy.
