New Federal Political Contribution Limits response to McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission
In response to the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission, the Federal Election Commission eliminated the biennial aggregate contribution limits applicable to individuals (click here for more information on the decision).
