Akin Again Named One of the DMV’s Healthiest Employers

For the fourth consecutive year, Akin has been named one of the greater DMV’s (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) Healthiest Employers, earning a first-place ranking in the 500 to 1,499 employees category for 2025. 

This recognition reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to employee health and well-being through innovative and impactful wellness programs, emphasizing Akin’s “holistic approach to well-being, offering a broad range of tools, resources, and benefits to support employees and their families.” Akin’s California offices have also been honored by Healthiest Employers since 2023, and the offices in New York, Washington, D.C. and Texas have been honored since 2022. 
 
The Healthiest Employers awards companies that are putting their people first by investing in the health of their employees.
