Akin Financial Restructuring Team Shortlisted in IFLR Europe Awards
Akin is pleased to share that the firm’s financial restructuring team has been shortlisted by the IFLR Europe Awards 2023 in the following categories:
- Restructuring Deal of the Year
- Restructuring Team of the Year
The deals for which the firm has been shortlisted are the restructurings of ED&F Man Holdings and Nordic Aviation Capital.
The awards celebrate the region’s most innovative cross-border work, and those behind it. Judged independently by IFLR’s editorial team, the awards focus exclusively on legal innovation in cross-border transactions that reached financial close during the 2022 calendar year.
The winning deals and law firms will be announced at the awards ceremony on May 3.
