Akin Once Again Named Among NLADA Beacon of Justice Honorees
Akin has been named among the recipients of the National Legal Aid & Defender Association’s (NLADA) Beacon of Justice Awards. This marks the 11th year the firm has earned this prestigious honor.
The awards honor law firms who have demonstrated a commitment to intentional inclusivity and intersectionality with their LGBTQ+ rights, gender equity and racial equity work.
The Beacon of Justice awardees will be celebrated at the 2023 NLADA Exemplar Awards Gala on June 8 in Washington, D.C.
