(London) – Akin private equity partner Angela Becker has been recognized by Law.com International as one of its 2026 UK Rising Stars, an annual list recognizing 25 of the most exceptional up‑and‑coming women across the top-tier of the UK's legal industry.

‘Rising Stars’ are selected based on the significance and sophistication of their client work, the strength of their market reputations and the ways in which they contribute to the legal profession and their communities.

Angela advises leading global investors and corporates including Francisco Partners, AEA Investors, System C and Jacobs Engineering. Her recent matters include advising Jacobs Engineering on its £3.05 billion acquisition of the remaining stake in PA Consulting.
