Akin Qualifies for ‘Raising the Bar Campaign’ Leadership Circle
Akin is pleased to share that the firm qualified for the Leadership Circle of the D.C. Access to Justice Commission’s 2022 Raising the Bar in D.C. Campaign. Forty firms qualified by donating a benchmark percentage of revenue to local legal services organizations in 2022.
Akin was a Platinum-Level Donor in 2022, which was a record-breaking year for the campaign, with $7.3 million dollars donated to organizations serving low-income D.C. residents with legal needs.
For the past two years, Akin was also ranked among the Large Companies by Giving list as part of Washington Business Journal’s annual Corporate Philanthropy awards.
