Benefits Law Journal has published the article “New DOJ Focus on Executive Compensation in Resolving Criminal Investigations,” which discusses the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) recently announced policy updates “tethering resolution of criminal investigations to a company’s compensation and bonus programs.”
