Akin Trade Partner Kevin Wolf Recognized as a ‘Trade Champion’
Akin international trade partner Kevin Wolf has been recognized as a Trade Champion by the American Association of Exporter and Importers (AAEI). The recognition honors AAEI members “whose careers in international trade have had significant impact on the development of trade policy and practice.”
In the profile of Kevin, his work as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration in the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security was spotlighted, as well as his role as Commerce Dept. representative to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, or CFIUS, and as the primary strategist, negotiation and implementer of President Barack Obama’s Export Control Reform.
Kevin’s prominence as a speaker on international trade, including at AAEI conferences, is noted, as are the recognitions he has received for his work in the field of international trade.
