The BTI Consulting Group, Inc., in its BTI Litigation Outlook 2024, has named Akin among the 62 law firms most feared in litigation in the “BTI Intimidating Opponents” category for 2024.
BTI Intimidating Opponents, according to BTI, “redefine the rules, take on what others won’t, share very early assessments, are unrelenting and link unconnected ideas.”
