Cybersecurity Docket Names Natasha Kohne, Michelle Reed Among ‘Incident Response 50’
Akin is pleased to share that cybersecurity, privacy & data protection practice co-heads Natasha Kohne and Michelle Reed have been named by Cybersecurity Docket to its Incident Response 50.
The Incident Response 50 is Cybersecurity Docket’s list of “the 50 best data breach response lawyers in the business” who have “established themselves as the ‘first call’ for companies hit with a cyber attack or other data security incident.”
This is Natasha’s fourth appearance on Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response list and Michelle’s third. Akin’s cybersecurity, privacy & data protection practice has also consistently been ranked among Global Data Review’s GDR 100 guide to the “world’s best data law firms” since the guide’s inception.
Recently, Natasha and Michelle published Akin’s annual CCPA Litigation and Enforcement Report, which looks back at the third year of civil litigation and administrative enforcement related to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and distills salient points from more than 300 actions into key takeaways for businesses to evaluate and mitigate risks.
