In its Restructuring Advisory Mandates Report, Debtwire reported that Akin was the most frequently appointed advisor for August 2023, earning the top ranking in the total number of engagements as lead restructuring counsel. The firm also ranked third overall in lead counsel representations and bond/loanholders representations so far this year.
