Sebastian Rice Named to “Fifty Most Influential Lawyers 2025” List by Financial News
Akin is pleased to share that Akin’s partner-in-charge of international markets and co-head of corporate, Sebastian Rice, has been named one of the “Fifty Most Influential Lawyers 2025” by Financial News.
The annual list recognizes the leading legal minds working in Europe on corporate deals, including M&A, restructuring and equity issuances, as well as those advising financial services companies on issues such as fund structuring and regulation.
Sebastian’s profile notes his international leadership of nearly 900 lawyers across six offices and overseeing “…a record year for Akin’s London office last year, with revenue surpassing $200m for the first time in 2024 — an increase of 15% on the previous year.”
