Three Akin Restructurings Honored at Int’l M&A Awards
Three restructurings on which Akin advised have been recognized with The M&A Advisor’s 14th Annual International M&A Awards.
- “Restructuring of Nordic Aviation Capital” was selected as the Financials Deal of the Year.
- “Restructuring of Mallinckrodt” was selected as Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year (Over $100MM).
- “Restructuring of Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V.” was selected as Restructuring Deal of the Year ($1B - $5B).
All three engagements were also previously recognized by The M&A Advisor in its 17th Annual Turnaround Awards (learn more here).
The awards were presented during the 2023 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit in New York City on September 19 and 20.
