USTR Reappoints Devin S. Sikes to USMCA Roster for Chapter 10 Dispute Settlement

Akin international trade counsel Devin Sikes has been reappointed by the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) to the U.S. roster for antidumping and countervailing disputes arising under Chapter 10 of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Current appeals arising under Chapter 10 concern a wide range of imports whose value exceed $6.3 billion.

This is Devin’s fifth term serving on the U.S. roster for antidumping and countervailing disputes arising under Chapter 10 of the USMCA (and its predecessor, the North American Free Trade Agreement). USTR first appointed Devin to the U.S. roster in in 2020 (learn more here), and he has been reappointed each year since his initial appointment. The appointment will run from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
