The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

BIS added 29 entries to the Entity List, including 16 entities under the destination of the PRC for the following reasons:
- Being part of an illicit procurement network that supplies components, including unmanned aircraft vehicle ("UAV") components, to front companies of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Qods Force (IRGC-QF).
- Facilitating the purchase of U.S.-origin electronic components used in weaponized unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) or UAVs operated by Iranian proxies, including Houthi and Hamas militants.
BIS also designated three PRC addresses associated with Emily Liu, an individual previously designated by OFAC for having provided support for Iran's Shiraz Electronics Industries (SEI). OFAC designated SEI as an SDN for being owned or controlled by Iran's Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL).
- Being part of an illicit procurement network that supplies components, including unmanned aircraft vehicle ("UAV") components, to front companies of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Qods Force (IRGC-QF).
