The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:
- 12 Sep 2025 (UK):
The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI"), together with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office ("FCDO"), designated three individuals and 27 entities, and specified 70 vessels under the Russia sanctions regime, pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
- 12 Sep 2025 (BIS):
The Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) added 32 entities under 32 entries to the Entity List under the destinations of China (23), India (1), Iran (1), Singapore (1), Taiwan (1), Turkey (3) and the UAE (2). According to BIS, these entities were designated for acquiring U.S.-origin items and engaging in other activities in support of the Chinese military; for diverting or posing a risk of diverting U.S.-origin items Russia without authorization; for facilitating the diversion of U.S.-origin items in support of Iran; for acquiring U.S.-origin items for entities designated on the Entity List; or for engaging in other activities contrary to U.S. national security and foreign policy interests.
BIS also removed two addresses from an Intertech Rus LLC entry under the destination of Russia, and amended 27 existing entries on the Entity List to correct typographical errors; these entities were listed under the destinations of Belarus (3), China (11), Iran (1), Pakistan (1), Russia (9), and Turkey (2).
