The House Committee on Science, Space and Technology was the stage for feuding parties addressing the legitimacy of subpoenas sent to the New York and Massachusetts attorneys general, along with eight environmental organizations, seeking all documents and communications relating to their “investigation or potential prosecution of companies, nonprofit organizations, scientists, or other individuals related to the issue of climate change.”
