For its article “States are quietly stepping up antitrust enforcement to ensure fair competition,” ABA Journal quoted Akin state attorneys general practice co-head Mark Herring. The article discusses how states are filing antitrust challenges against Big Tech companies.
Mark, who served as Virginia attorney general for eight years, said that businesses need to pay more attention to state attorneys general, noting, “There are going to be a lot more microscopes on corporate activity.”
