Law360 has published an article titled, “WTO Most‑Favored‑Nation Reform May Hold Promise,” authored by international trade partner Alan Yanovich. The article examines the World Trade Organization’s rethink of the most‑favored‑nation (MFN) principle and the potential implications for economic operators.

Yanovich notes that,“revisiting MFN would mark a significant departure from one of the WTO's foundational principles” but adds that the reform of the principle “may be justified if it enables deeper liberalization and regulatory cooperation.”
