Akin Gump international trade partner Kevin Wolf spoke with Trade Talks for the podcast “Semiconductors and U.S. export bans – from Huawei to SMIC.”

Wolf, who served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration in the Obama administration, spoke about U.S. export control laws and what it means to be placed on the government’s Entity List. He also addressed how recent U.S. government actions are affecting certain semiconductor companies, such as Huawei and others.
