Kevin Wolf, a partner in Akin Gump’s international trade practice and former Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration, testified at a hearing today conducted by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission titled, “China in Space: A Strategic Competition?”

Wolf participated on a panel titled “Military-Civil Fusion in China’s Space Ambitions” alongside Lorand Laskai, visiting researcher, Georgetown Center for Security and Emerging Technology and Michael Gold, vice-president, regulatory and policy, Maxar Technologies.
