PFI Spotlights Move to Akin Gump of Leveraged Finance and PE Partner Andrew Sagor

Project Finance International reports that leveraged finance and private equity partner Andrew Sagor joined Akin Gump in the firm’s New York office on September 7 (learn more here).
PFI notes that Mr. Sagor’s practice focuses on leveraged finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on acquisition finance in connection with private equity transactions, as well as his experience as a partner in the New York office of an international law firm, where he was chair of its North America Banking & Finance Practice.
The article also covers his experience leading major leveraged buyouts and a wide variety of domestic and cross-border leveraged financings for large cap and middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate borrowers.
