(Chicago) – Akin advised Cando Rail & Terminals, one of North America’s largest owners and operators of first and last mile rail infrastructure, in its execution of a definitive agreement with Texas Deepwater Partners to acquire TDWP’s rail terminal and associated operations located on the Houston Ship Channel, adding a multi-purpose rail terminal in Texas to its network
