(London) – Akin advised Coller Capital on an investment by Coller‑managed funds in a €635 million multi‑asset continuation vehicle managed by Verdane, a European specialist growth buyout investment firm.

The transaction, a multi‑jurisdictional GP‑led secondary, involved Verdane rolling three portfolio companies - Arrive Group, Talentech and Pet Media Group - into a new continuation fund, with Coller Capital anchoring the transaction and acting as sole lead investor. The continuation vehicle provides Verdane with additional time and capital to continue supporting the assets while offering liquidity to existing investors.

The Akin team was led by investment management partners Daniel Quinn and Simon Ellis, with support from counsel Michelle Liptáková and Raquel Gordon, and associate Masha Novikova. The wider team included tax counsel Mohammed Natha.
