Akin Advises Edge Natural Resources in Sale of Burnham RNG to Ares Management

(Dallas) – Akin advised Edge Natural Resources, a private equity firm focused on small-cap investment in the North American energy industry, in the sale of Burnham RNG, a full-service developer and owner of organic waste management and anaerobic digestion biogas assets, to a fund managed by Ares Management.
