Akin Advises EQT in Heads of Agreement for LNG Supply with Commonwealth LNG

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin advised EQT Corporation, the largest producer of natural gas in the United States, in a Heads of Agreement with Commonwealth LNG to produce one million tons per annum of LNG under a 15-year tolling agreement, and associated gas supply to Commonwealth LNG’s facility in Cameron, Louisiana.
