(Dallas) – Akin advised Fluid System Components, Inc. (FSC), a worldwide leader in the fluid power industry, in the acquisition of Norcan Fluid Power Ltd. (Norcan). The acquisition of Norcan expands FSC’s capabilities and reach across Western Canada.
