Akin Advises on Constellation Automotive Group’s Comprehensive Recapitalization

(London) - Akin is pleased to have advised certain funds managed by Albacore Capital LLP in connection with Constellation Automotive Group’s (CAG) recently announced comprehensive recapitalization transaction.
The transaction involved the refinancing of CAG’s senior secured debt facilities and a recapitalization of its holding structure.
