(New York, Houston and Washington, D.C.) – Akin advised Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch, a leading integrated energy company with upstream and downstream operations in Argentina, in connection with obtaining an A/B loan of US$300 million due 2029 from the Andean Development Corporation (Corporacion Andina de Fomento), the Latin American multilateral bank.
