(London) – Akin advised Partisan Work Limited, operating as Fairgame, in connection with its sale to Tenpin Entertainment, a leading bowling and family entertainment center operator with 58 centers across the UK. The sale was backed by private equity firm Trive Capital.

Fairgame is a fairground-inspired premium social entertainment brand. The company was founded by Richard Hilton in 2019 and currently operates two sites in London.
