(London) – Akin advised Partisan Work Limited, operating as Fairgame, in connection with its sale to Tenpin Entertainment, a leading bowling and family entertainment center operator with 58 centers across the UK. The sale was backed by private equity firm Trive Capital.

Fairgame is a fairground-inspired premium social entertainment brand. The company was founded by Richard Hilton in 2019 and currently operates two sites in London.

The Akin team was led by corporate M&A partner Stephen Rosen and included corporate counsel Charlotte Lennon and associate Gloriya Andonova; tax partner Natasha Kaye and associate Aaron Jenman; and labor & employment senior counsel Oliver Spratt.
