(Fort Worth and Houston) – Akin advised Pine Wave Energy Partners, a portfolio company of Old Ironsides Energy, on the sale of its East Texas assets to Rockcliff Energy III, a Quantum Capital Group portfolio company, including assets in San Augustine and Shelby Counties, Texas.
