(New York) – Akin advised Tandym Group, a national consulting, recruitment and workforce solutions company backed by Mill Rock Capital, in its acquisition of AETEA Information Technology, a technology staffing company.
The Akin team was led by private equity partners Amy Wollensack and Michelle Chan and included counsel Valerie Etienne and associate Katy Screen.
