(London) – A deal on which Akin Gump advised has been shortlisted for the CEE Deals of the Year in both the Serbia and Slovenia categories.

In the deal in question, Endava, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, acquired Comtrade Digital Services, formerly a division of Comtrade Group B.V., for €60 million. Akin Gump advised Endava in the transaction. (To learn more, please click here.)
