(New York) – A deal on which Akin Gump advised was named a winner at the IJGlobal Awards 2019.

Akin Gump advised on the African Mining Deal of the Year, the Guinea Alumina Project. The firm advised Guinea Alumina Corporation in what was the Republic of Guinea’s largest-ever project financing for a greenfield mining project. (Click here to learn more).
