(Los Angeles) – Akin Gump advised NewcrestImage, LLC in the sale, through an affiliate, of the AC Hotel New Orleans Bourbon/French Quarter Area from Cotton Exchange Investment Properties, LLC, an affiliate of Pacific Hospitality Group.

The AC Hotel New Orleans, which opened in November 2014 as Marriott’s first AC Hotel in the Americas, is located in the city’s historic Cotton Exchange building.

David Phelps, a partner in Akin Gump’s real estate practice, led the team advising NewcrestImage. He was joined by counsel Arsineh Baghdasarian and associate Alex Agahzadeh.
