(Los Angeles) – Akin Gump advised Dune Capital Partners IV’s buyout of much of Elliot Management’s stake in Relativity Media. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dune Capital Partners is a New York-based investment vehicle focused on the motion picture industry. Relativity acquires, develops, produces and distributes films and produces television programs.
P. John Burke, head of Akin Gump’s entertainment and media practice, led the team from the firm advising Dune Capital.
